Successful Dreams Support Services started helping persons with intellectual disabilities in 2006. The company mission is “Supporting individuals in crisis to create and maintain a safe and educational environment that promotes growth and personal well-being”. 
Our CEO Roger worked for a state funded facility prior to opening Successful Dreams Support Services and felt that there was a better way that people with intellectual disabilities could be cared for. SUCCESSFUL DREAMS values are to help individuals with intellectual disabilities by giving them a path to Success with Unique Care and Compassion in an Energic and Safe environment by giving quality Service which includes Family values Useful oversight Love Determination Respect Empathy Appreciation Mindfulness and Synergy.
